Credits & Billing
How credits, pricing and invoices work.
What credits are for
Video generation consumes credits. The cost depends on the template and options you choose — the creation box always shows an estimate like "≈ N credits" before you generate, so there are no surprises.
Check your balance
Your current credit balance is shown in the header (in the account entry) whenever you are signed in. The account menu also has a dedicated credits page with your consumption history.
Buy credits
Visit the Pricing page to compare plans and purchase credits. Prices and plan details are shown on that page; changes are announced in advance.
A few billing rules:
- Credits are consumed when a task is submitted, according to the estimate displayed at that time.
- Except where required by law, consumed credits are non-refundable.
- Discounts or bonus credits may apply during events — the price shown at generation time is the one that applies.
Invoices and subscriptions
In Settings → Billing you can review your orders, invoices and subscription status. Payment records are available under Settings → Payments.
